Champs is an Irish versión of Mash. Add
spring onions (cebollino) and and leeks.

You can use leftover mash to make Bubble and Squeak. It´s named after the sound it makes when you cook
it. Add fried onion, boiled cabbage (repollo) and cooked bacon bits to the
leftover mash and fry it until crispy.

The world´s longest sausage was made in October
2000. It was 59,14 kilometres long and weighed 15, 700.73 (sorry about the million) kgs.

We called sausages “bangers” because years
ago sausages contained a lot of water and used to explode with a bang.

And old car is sometimes called a banger
because it can also make a lot of noise.
