    Champs is an Irish versión of Mash. Add spring onions (cebollino) and  and leeks.

·         You can use leftover  mash to make Bubble and Squeak. It´s  named after the sound it makes when you cook it. Add fried onion, boiled cabbage (repollo) and cooked bacon bits to the leftover mash and fry it until crispy.

·         The world´s longest sausage was made in October 2000. It was 59,14 kilometres long and weighed 15, 700.73 (sorry about  the million) kgs.

·         We called sausages “bangers” because years ago sausages contained a lot of water and used to explode with a bang.

·         And old car is sometimes called a banger because it can also make a lot of noise.
