In order to prepare the next game for next weeks sessions all the students have to do pages 19, 20, 21 & 22 from WORK WOOK, Vocabulary Builder, Build-Up 4. The groups are going to be the same ones which we formed and students who skip classes or didn´t attend  that session will be assigned to the actual groups. Monday 18th May 2015 4º C Wednesday 20th May 2015 4º B I am taking the WB´s tomorrow after the test, so bring them tomorrow.

Please remember: 13th May, 1º Ampliación , Communicate 1, unit 12 test (Young workers) Page 72 couldn´t be corrected during the class because some students were making noise.  I considered the lesson to be taught.  WARNING: So after other two  BIG-GROUP sessions of bad behaviour in class I am taking the 20% percert of the results (interest in the subject and good attitude/behaviour in clases) from the naugthy students. Beware, bad behaviour will get you lower marks. The first day I black-listed the badly behaved students was last Thursday 7th May. This will only affect those who don´t care about the lessons. 1º AMPLIACIÓN DICTATION,  last Thursday 23rd April, 2015 CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA Indredients: 1 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced 4 teaspoons, or to taste 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces 4 long skewers 1 tablespoon butter 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons of paprika 3 teaspoons salt, or o taste 1 can of chopped tomatoes 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 fresh coriander, chopped Method: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne and black pepper, ginger and salt. Stir in chiken pieces, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (marinate) Put chicken pieces onto skewers and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear- about 5 minutes on each side. Apple Crumble with Custard

DICTATION Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180º C/ 350º F. 2. Place the flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Take a few cubes of butter at a time and rub into the flour mixture. Keep rubbing until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. 3. Place the apples in a large bowl and the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir well, being careful not to break up the fruit. 4. Grease a 24-cm ovenproof dish with butter. Spoon the fruit mixture into the bottom, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. 5. Bake the oven for 40-45 minutes until the crumble is browned and the fruit mixture is bubbling. 6. Serve with thick cream or custard.
