CONCORD OR AGREEMENT

Concord is very important. If you don´t agree the subjects to the verbs you will never get a pass in the text writing.

To get a pass= aprobar

REMEMBER 1:
This=singular //This advantage is …
These= plural //These advantages are…
In this places  { in those places or in these places)
Much = incontables que son singulares siempre.

REMEMBER 1.1:
Typical uncountable nouns:
ü  Substances: water, air, coffee, plastic, iron, paper
ü  Abstract ideas: life, fun, freedom, heath, time, progress
ü  Activities: work, travel, sleep, football, help, research
ü  Human feelings: happiness, anger, honesty, hope, respect, courage
ü  Groups of items: furniture (mobiliario, furnitures no existe), luggage (equipaje, conjunto de maletas, luggages no existe)

Los incontables son singulares y no pueden llevar el artículo indeterminado a/an. Llevan “some” que significa con incontables “algo de” y en español puede traducirse por sólo la palabra incontable.

You *lose *a  important time. {You waste (some) time.=  Pierdes o malgastas tiempo.}
I need a Money.  {I need some money.= Necesito (algo de) dinero.}
